3W 23cm PA
A new 3W 23cm PA is currently under development and ready-built prototypes are now available. Please email me if you are interested.
The new PA is a two stage design using modern GaAs FET devices. Basic specifications are:
Frequency range: 1240-1320MHz
Small signal gain: 24.5dB
Power output at 1dB gain compression: 2.75W
Saturated output power: >3.0W
This PA is suitable as a driver for the WDG050 50W PA.
